The Bare Hug is pre-washed and woven from premium combed cotton, so it keeps its generous size and plush feel wash after wash.

How do I wash and dry it?

Machine wash warm with similar colours, tumble dry low, and skip the fabric softener, it can coat the fibres and dull absorbency.
A little low-heat love keeps it hotel-soft for years.

Does the colour fade?

Do you ship Australia-wide?

From Bondi to Broome, we deliver Bare Hugs to bathrooms right across Australia - fast, tracked, and ready to wrap.

How long does delivery take?

We usually ship within 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery takes around 3–7 business days, depending on your location (rural areas may take a little longer).
You’ll get tracking details so you can count down to towel-time.

What if I don’t love it?

You will, but on the off chance you don’t, we’ll make it right.
If your Bare Hug isn’t everything you hoped for, contact us within 30 days for an exchange or refund.

Do you ship internationally?

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Absolutely. From Bondi to Broome, we deliver BARE Hugs right across Australia with Australia Post, tracked all the way.

How long does delivery take?

We pack orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 2–10 business days ($14, or free over $99). Express takes 1–3 business days ($22). You’ll get tracking so you can count down to towel-time.

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-order colours ship mid-November. If your order mixes in-stock and pre-order colours, we send everything together when the pre-order colours land.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. For now, we ship within Australia only.

What if I don’t love it?

You will. But if you change your mind, return it unused within 30 days for a refund (return postage is on you). And if it’s not the biggest towel you own, send it back within 30 days, even if you’ve used it, for a full refund. Full details on our shipping & returns page.
