We process orders within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.

Refunds Policy
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thebarehug.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We will send you an email once your return has been received and inspected to advise you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If you are authorized, your refund will be processed and a credit will be made to your credit card or original mode of payment within a certain amount of days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Each Bare Hug is carefully packed and shipped using trusted courier partners to make sure it arrives safely — and beautifully.

For Australian orders, we use Australia Post or other reliable local couriers depending on your delivery address.
International orders are shipped via FedEx or DHL, ensuring secure and trackable delivery wherever you are in the world.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your Bare Hug’s journey home.

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Reach out to us as soon as you can, we’ll do our best to help before your Bare Hug lands in the wrong hands.

Once an order has shipped, address changes aren’t always possible, but we’ll contact the courier on your behalf to try.
Please note, some couriers may charge a rerouting fee for any delivery updates.
